  Well I guess it would depend on your lifestyle, wouldn't it

  If you are a swinger then multiple partners would be acceptable (as long as it is a two way street)

  If you believe in the "Christian" view then no it is not alright

  Myself I do not want to share for me or her and as such if she or I strayed then the trust is broken

  Flirting I am OK with as it is usually harmless in my eyes

        I would assume that if you were a christian, you would be forgiving, at least the first time.

        If the guy is rich, then many subsequent times, too.

        "Cheating" is too loaded of a term. Banging some skank out of boredom is quite different than having a second girlfriend who someone is spending money, and time on.

        Humans are not "monogamous", but are "serial monogamists." It's just an "inconvenient truth."

  I've been tempted but have never indulged once I married. I gave my word and love to my spouse and to break that bond and trust with her is the same as crapping on myself. But what others do is no business of mine.

  While there is no pat answer because each situation is different, the odds are that if he cheated on you before marriage he will cheat on you after marriage. It's not a good idea to carry the relationship any further if he has cheated on you.
